AEDAS Homes yesterday celebrated the official presentation<\/strong> of its Costa del Sol Regional Head Office, managed by Silvia S\u00e1nchez, in an event that was attended by over 200 guests at the Kempinski Hotel in Estepona.<\/p>\n

Notable representatives of the Costa del Sol\u2019s social and business fabric, professionals from the real estate sector, solicitors, notaries and local information and communication media were all present at the event. On behalf of AEDAS Homes<\/a><\/strong>, in addition to its CEO, David Mart\u00ednez, and the Costa del Sol Regional Manager, Silvia S\u00e1nchez, Alberto Delgado, the Company\u2019s Operations Manager and all the members of the Regional Head Office<\/strong> also attended the presentation.<\/p>\n

Domi del Postigo, a well-known Malaga journalist, steered the event in which AEDAS Homes explained its plans for the Costa del Sol<\/strong>, where it intends to develop innovative residential projects which will involve the construction of over 2,600 homes, a total of 346,979 built-up sq.m. and an approximate investment of over \u20ac952 million.<\/p>\n

In his speech, David Mart\u00ednez highlighted that \u201cAndalusia is a very important strategic area for AEDAS Homes and our commitment to the Costa del Sol is firm and one of continuity. Our business is based on sound arguments, because we have verified that there is a strong demand for new construction<\/strong>, from a domestic and international clientele, both for use as first or second homes. We should spotlight the fact that nationally speaking, 20 % of our buyers are from abroad, whilst on the Costa del Sol, this figure rises to 70 %, which represents a great opportunity to position our company internationally and become a benchmark for new developments on the Costa del Sol.\u201d<\/p>\n

Through its activity, the company wants to boost employment and the generation of wealth in the area, where it anticipates undertaking projects in the most important towns and cities on the Malaga coastline; \u201cEstepona, Fuengirola, Marbella and  la Zagaleta<\/strong> are some of the places where we shall be undertaking modern, sustainable projects. For her part, Silvia S\u00e1nchez, AEDAS Homes Regional Manager for the Costa del Sol<\/strong>, presented the residential development where building work is already under way; \u201cIn Estepona we have two projects ongoing: Vanian Gardens<\/a><\/strong>, an estate beside Selwo park and the La Resina golf course, comprising 42 home, and <\/strong>South Bay Las Mesa<\/strong>s<\/a>, a 47-home residential complex in a sector where the company has plots to develop 375 units. Furthermore, in Fuengirola, we have just started marketing Middle Views, a development located on a stunning seafront site for building 84 homes, in a sector where we can also add the development of a further 45 residential units on another of our land pool plots.\u201d<\/p>\n
