Un foro en el que el directivo, adem\u00e1s de ensalzar la resiliencia del sector inmobiliario y de la demanda en Espa\u00f1a, habl\u00f3 del buen comportamiento de AEDAS Homes y del crecimiento de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>El directivo especific\u00f3 c\u00f3mo <strong>AEDAS Homes seguir\u00e1 creciendo a trav\u00e9s de \u2018joint ventures\u2019<\/strong> aprovechando el capital de terceros. \u201cExisten oportunidades en el mercado para continuar generando valor y tenemos que aprovecharlas\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 David Mart\u00ednez, quien apunt\u00f3 que estas oportunidades pasan por asegurar nuevas fuentes de capital junto con otras empresas inversoras.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primer gran acuerdo con King Street<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Estas palabras llegaban justo un d\u00eda despu\u00e9s de que AEDAS Homes anunciara un <strong>acuerdo con King Street para invertir 270 millones de euros en proyectos residenciales en Espa\u00f1a.<\/strong> \u201cEstas alianzas de coinversi\u00f3n permiten a los inversores aprovechar la capacidad industrial de compa\u00f1\u00edas como AEDAS Homes y las atractivas oportunidades que ofrece el mercado espa\u00f1ol de la vivienda de obra nueva\u201d, explic\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>El CEO de AEDAS Homes record\u00f3 c\u00f3mo los mercados (la cotizaci\u00f3n) no est\u00e1n reconociendo el verdadero valor de la compa\u00f1\u00eda a pesar de que a\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o est\u00e1 cumpliendo sus objetivos operativos y de negocio, demostrando su capacidad de ejecuci\u00f3n. \u201cAtendiendo a esta realidad\u201d, declar\u00f3 en este punto, <strong>\u201cel objetivo es hacer crecer a la empresa a trav\u00e9s de acuerdos de coinversi\u00f3n buscando capital de terceros\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c2024 ser\u00e1 incluso mejor que 2023\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sobre la situaci\u00f3n del mercado en general, David Mart\u00ednez se mostr\u00f3 optimista y cit\u00f3 cuatro motivos para estarlo. 1) la <strong>demanda<\/strong> sigue siendo superior a la oferta. 2) el auge del <strong>comprador internacional.<\/strong> 3) las iniciativas p\u00fablicas para impulsar la producci\u00f3n de<strong> vivienda asequible.<\/strong> 4) la <strong>relajaci\u00f3n de la pol\u00edtica monetaria<\/strong> -de los tipos de inter\u00e9s. <strong>\u201c2024 ser\u00e1 incluso mejor que 2023\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A\u00f1o r\u00e9cord<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>AEDAS Homes<\/strong> se encamina en el actual ejercicio fiscal 2023-24, que concluye el pr\u00f3ximo 31 de marzo, hacia un <strong>a\u00f1o r\u00e9cord<\/strong> reflejado que se reflejar\u00e1 en una gran cifra hist\u00f3rica para la organizaci\u00f3n: superar\u00e1 los <strong>1.000 millones de euros de ingresos<\/strong> con la entrega de 3.000 viviendas.
