Y ahora tenemos que centrarnos en desarrollar vivienda para quien m\u00e1s lo necesita\u201d, subray\u00f3 David Bot\u00edn. Como Carta a los Reyes Magos, David Bot\u00edn pidi\u00f3 poder afrontar el reto de multiplicar por tres el capital, la producci\u00f3n de vivienda y la financiaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La mesa de debate tuvo lugar en el foro profesional del sector Living, en el congreso de conferencias de SIMAPro 2025, donde David Bot\u00edn estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por <strong>Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Piccio-Marchetti<\/strong>, <strong>Directora General de Vivienda y Rehabilitaci\u00f3n de la Comunidad de Madrid<\/strong>; Juan Jos\u00e9 Cercadillo, CEO de Hercesa; y Francisco P\u00e9rez, Consejero Delegado de Culmia.
