AEDAS Homes, one of Spain's leading homebuilders, continues to mark operational milestones in the Spanish real estate sector. In the past six years, the residential developer has delivered more than 10,000 homes through its six Regional Branches: Centre (predominantly Madrid), Catalonia & Aragon, East & Mallorca, Andalusia & Canary Islands, Costa del Sol and North. These deliveries have generated total revenues of over €3 billion.
The 10,000 deliveries correspond to the two residential segments that AEDAS Homes focuses on: Build to Sell (BTS) and Build to Rent (BTR). The homebuilder has delivered 9,200+ BTS units to private customers and close to 1,000 turnkey BTR units to institutional partners.
AEDAS Homes’ latest achievement marks a milestone in the current real estate cycle and underscores the company's industrial capacity, operational ability and value generation. Behind these 10,000 deliveries, there are 10,000 families for whom AEDAS Homes has made the dream of having a new home come true, and a dedicated team that is very proud of having carried this out,” explained David Martínez, CEO of AEDAS Homes.
