Nerium
Nerium is the scientific name of the species known as pink laurel or flower laurel, a green shrub with elongated leaves native to southern Europe and present in the Levante area. Of a multi-family type, it is made up of 5 buildings with 20 homes each with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms with large gardens, sports areas and swimming pools. Each building has its own garage and storage rooms.

Virentia, name with which this sector of Godella has been baptized, means 'vegetation' in Latin. The term links with the green spaces of the environment in which the different promotions of the complex will be built.
